How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders within India.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders in India should reach you within 4 – 7 working days after the order has been confirmed.
Are there any duties and taxes?
All prices quoted include GST.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation/SMS from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/SMS.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB via email/SMS.
How can we contact you?
Your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:
- Your delivery address is within India.
- All tags & packaging is in place.
- The product has not been worn/used/washed.
Step 1: If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please place a return request provided on our website within 7 days of order delivered with the reason for return.
Step 2: A reverse pick-up will then be scheduled within 3-4 business days.
Step 3: Once the product reaches our head-office, a quality check will be conducted and if the returned piece passes this, the amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be within 5-7 working days.
If my order was COD, can I still return my product? How will I receive my refund?
In case of COD orders, you can follow the above steps to or return your product. Once we receive your product under the same condition we delivered, we will refund you within 5-7 working days in the bank account provided by you on our website.
Note: Account holders name must match with the name under which invoice has been raised.
We do not refund money in cash for COD orders.
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

- Debit Carts – all major banks
- Cash on Delivery
What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org we will resolve it for you.
